Im not sure about it because i never played it, but i think that is because he cars and the tracks are too old and bumpy compared to the europeans (the real life cars/tracks)... When you watch a race you can see the cars jumping at some corners and straights...
You will never lift wheels from ground going backwards too fast by the vehicle's only power. When the wheels lose enough grip, you will spin, in a inpossible case of not spinning, the wheels won't accelerate the car anymore (no grip, no traction), and the car will go back to ground...
iRacing, SimRaceway and Project CARS are popular because modders aren't allowed to add content so everyone races with the same cars with realistic physics.
Problem?

The biggest problem with mods, from my point of view, its because just 1% of the mods use realistic physics, what changes the point of the game from a simulator to arcade...
Just look the newest F1 mods for rFactor... Bad physics, but people just drive they because are the newest mods. rFactor become F1 Codemasters, arcade physics with good graphics...
I would prefer the game without mods, because every new car gets a lot of study and testing to get the most perfect simulation, we saw it on LFS with the FBM, we see it on SimRaceway, we see it on iRacing, but there is only 1 mod on rFactor made with real data and with help of real drivers (CART Factor)...
What you prefer, 2000 different cars with arcade physics or 30 cars with realistic physics? Think about it
First, i said 10 FPS, not 3... Not enough, but you can already hae a base of what the car is doing... Second, you are saying that a car will do 12 moves in 1 second? This doesn't makes sense...
To prove that you are wrong, i separated 3 parts, in Bold, Italic and Underlined:
Bold: Adaptation... When i get good FPS (~20, alone on track) and then the FPS fall back again, takes a little time to myself adaptate to the conditions...
Italic: You need to predict how the car will be every corner, not react. This is a difference between a good and a bad racer (not saying you are bad or i am good racer, but you really should know)...
I imagine if Scawen implemented rain, you would spin at the first rain drops...
Underlined: Same as above, you need to predict where/how the others cars will move... Basic tips for be a good overtaker or to avoid crashs...
So you guys want to say that im awesome and can be a new WR holder if i get a better PC?
I never had any problem driving with <16 FPS, so the problem is not about the FPS... Also, just to remember: Movies, both on cinemas or Youtube, are just 24 FPS...
Any difference over this CAN'T BE NOTICED BY NAKED EYES...
